All products are digital and delivered electronically upon successful payment. You will receive access instructions via email. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources included in the Momager Clarity Blueprint are the intellectual property of Geneviève A. Nixon-Weems and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these materials with others.
4. Payment & Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

We offer a 30-Day Confidence Guarantee. If you complete the Blueprint and do not feel equipped to manage your child's career with clarity, please contact us at momagerblueprint@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will work with you to make it right. Refund eligibility is at our sole discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Momager Clarity Blueprint is provided for educational purposes. While we share real-world strategies that have worked for us, we cannot guarantee specific results for your child's career. We are not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the information in this course.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our products after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
